Early Life and Education:

Denise’s family moved often, from the West Coast to the East Coast landing in California for her adult years. She developed a fascination with agriculture at her agribusiness university program after leaving her suburban upbringing. That would become a central theme in her art. Denise's formal education in art began after a varied career in business and 

teaching, when she honed her skills and developed a unique artistic voice. Under the guidance of renowned mentors, she explored various mediums and techniques, ultimately specializing in mixed media and representational abstracts.
